What warranty comes with my scooter or e-bike?Updated 16 hours ago

Most new electric scooters and e-bikes we sell come with a 1-year VORO limited warranty, including EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion, Teverun, Dualtron, and Rawrr, plus E-Ride Pro and Altis e-bikes. Refurbished scooters come with a 6-month limited warranty. Warehouse Clearance and Final Sale items are not covered.

One exception: on Altis e-bikes, the LCD display is covered for the first 3 months rather than the full year.

The warranty covers parts replacement and repair on core components (motor, battery, controller, and LCD display). It does not cover misuse, accidents, water damage, cosmetic wear, flat tires, or unauthorized modifications.

To file a claim, email [email protected] with your order info plus photos or video. Our team replies within 1 to 3 business days. Claims within 30 business days include free replacement shipping; after that, shipping is the customer's responsibility. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
