What warranty comes with my scooter or e-bike?Updated a month ago

Most new electric scooters and e-bikes we sell come with a 1-year VORO limited warranty, including EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion, Teverun, Dualtron, and Rawrr, plus E-Ride Pro and Altis e-bikes. Refurbished scooters come with a 6-month limited warranty. Warehouse Clearance and Final Sale items are not covered.

One exception: on Altis e-bikes, the LCD display is covered for the first 3 months rather than the full year.

The warranty covers parts replacement and repair on core components (motor, battery, controller, and LCD display). It does not cover misuse, accidents, water damage, cosmetic wear, flat tires, or unauthorized modifications.

To file a claim, email [email protected] with your order info plus photos or video. Our team replies within 1 to 3 business days. Claims within 30 business days include free replacement shipping; after that, shipping is the customer's responsibility. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. For full details, see our warranty page.

Always include your serial number. This is the one thing that most often holds a claim up. We cannot open a parts claim with the factory without the scooter or bike serial number, so a claim without it will sit until we come back and ask you for it.

Send all of this in one email and we can start straight away: your serial number, your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video of the problem.

Where to find your serial number: it is on a sticker on the frame, usually on the deck, the stem, or underneath near the battery compartment. It looks like EMOVE2026040061. The easiest way to be sure it is correct is to photograph the sticker and attach it to your claim.
