You can return most items within 30 business days of delivery. Unopened items can be returned within 3 business days for a full refund.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it and cannot show heavy use. Restocking fees apply based on mileage: 10 percent for units with under 20 miles, and 20 percent for units with over 20 miles. Return shipping and any applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Some items cannot be returned, including accessories, spare parts, refurbished or discounted models, international orders, and anything used for competition, rental, or commercial purposes.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 5 business days after we verify the returned item. For full details, see our return policy page.
