How fast will my order ship, and where do you ship?Updated 2 months ago

Most orders placed before 1 PM PT on a business day ship the next business day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the following business day. Freight orders have earlier cutoffs and are scheduled with you directly.

Typical delivery time once shipped: continental US 2 to 6 business days, Canada and Hawaii 3 to 6 business days, and eligible international countries 10 to 15 business days.

Standard orders ship via UPS or FedEx. Oversized scooters and all electric dirt bikes ship by freight, which requires scheduling and a confirmation call. Orders over $200 and warranty replacements ship with signature required.

Free shipping applies to most items in the continental US and Hawaii. It does not apply to refurbished or discounted items, promotional orders, oversized freight items, or orders to Alaska and Guam.

Preorder and backorder items are different. If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, it does not follow the timeline above. It ships when the next production batch arrives, and the whole order is held until every item is in stock. Your order confirmation will say if this applies to you.

If you are waiting on a preorder and want a current batch date, reply with your order number and we will check it for you. If you would rather not wait, we can also split your order so the in-stock items ship now.
