Wolf King/Warrior Suspension Bottoming OutUpdated a month ago
How to Diagnose and Fix Front and Rear Suspension Issues
Issue
The scooter bottoms out over bumps or small potholes, making the ride harsh or uncomfortable.
Possible Causes
Cracked Rubber Bushings
Check the green rubber bushings inside the red springs under the rear fender.
Cracks in these bushings indicate damage and can affect suspension performance.
Loose Suspension Screws
Screws may need tightening to increase stiffness and prevent bottoming out.
Decompressed or Broken Suspension
Test by leaning on the handlebars; if there’s no resistance or if there’s squeaking, the suspension may be worn or broken.
Loose or damaged suspension can also cause vibrations and an uncomfortable ride.
Solutions
Lubricate the Suspension: Use WD-40 to help the suspension return to its original position.
For best results, remove the front wheel, lubricate, and reinstall.
Tighten Screws: Check the suspension brace and screws for looseness or sagging.
Add Spacers: Extra clearance can help prevent bottoming out.
Replace Suspension: If lubrication and adjustments don’t work, a full replacement may be necessary.
Escalate if Needed: Contact #technical team for further diagnosis. If the issue persists, the scooter may need to be sent in for professional repairs.
