P-Settings (Speed Modes)

The Roadrunner LCD features three speed settings:

  • 1: Slowest

  • 2: Medium

  • 3: Fastest

Adjusting these settings allows you to match the scooter’s performance to your riding preference.

Error Codes

If you encounter an error, first identify the code displayed, then gather a photo or video of the issue and contact our tech team for assistance.

Error CodeMeaningTroubleshoot
E001Controller FaultFree spin the motor and see if there is any magnetic resistance but after unplugging the motor wires from the controller. If the motor spins freely after this is done, the controller is faulty
E002Signal FaultCheck the main connectors for pinching.

First replace the LCD to see if that works. If the problem persists then the rear controller will likely need replacing
E003Hall Sensor FaultUnplug and re-plug hall sensor wires
Try unplugging the battery and plugging it back in as the connector may become loose
May need to replace the battery. Error 3 Resolution: Regarding the error 3 indicating a hall sensor issue, would you be comfortable inspecting the seat area to check the wiring?
At the 4:45 mark in this video Hall Sensor Check Tutorial, you'll find guidance on identifying the hall sensor wire.
Please try to see if the wiring is loose. If everything appears connected, try unplugging and then replugging it to ensure a firm connection.
Should the problem persist, we're prepared to send a replacement rear controller.
E004Throttle Fault*See Below
E005Brake Sensor FaultRemove brake sensors and put them back in.
E006Motor FaultFree spin the motor, and see if there is any magnetic resistance. If motors still has magnetic resistance even after disconnecting from the controllers, motor is faulty
