At VoroMotors, rider safety matters to us. If you purchased a RoadRunner Pro directly from VoroMotors and are experiencing a frame crack or frame-related failure, our team is here to help review your case and provide support.

Standard warranty coverage

RoadRunner Pro frames are covered under the standard 1-year warranty period when the unit is purchased directly from VoroMotors.

To qualify for warranty support:

  • The claim must be filed by the original purchaser
  • The order must be verifiable through VoroMotors
  • The warranty is non-transferable
  • The claim must involve the RoadRunner Pro frame

If approved under warranty, the replacement frame itself is provided at no cost. The customer is responsible only for the applicable shipping fee.

Out-of-warranty frame support

Even if your RoadRunner Pro is outside the standard 1-year warranty period, VoroMotors may still support frame replacement as a one-time exception for original purchasers.

This means:

  • The replacement frame may be provided at no product cost
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee
  • Typical shipping cost is approximately $90–$130, depending on location and shipping requirements
  • This exception applies only once per eligible original purchaser

This support is being provided directly by VoroMotors. These replacement frames are not being provided to us for free by the factory. We are absorbing the product cost because we want to stand behind our customers and prioritize rider safety.

Who is eligible?

This support applies only to customers who purchased the RoadRunner Pro directly from VoroMotors.

Eligible:

  • Original VoroMotors customer
  • Order can be verified in our system
  • Claim is for a RoadRunner Pro frame
  • Claim is reviewed and approved by our team

Not eligible for free replacement:

  • Secondhand buyers
  • Customers who purchased from another private party
  • Customers who cannot verify the original VoroMotors order
  • Claims filed by someone other than the original purchaser
  • Repeat or unusual claims that have not been approved by management

What if I bought the RoadRunner Pro used?

If you purchased the RoadRunner Pro secondhand, the warranty and one-time frame support do not transfer automatically.

In that case, you have two options:

  1. Ask the original VoroMotors purchaser to file the claim directly with us
  2. Purchase a replacement frame from VoroMotors, if available

We understand secondhand buyers may still need parts and support, but free frame replacement is reserved for verified original VoroMotors customers.

How to file a frame replacement claim

To start a claim, please contact our support team with:

  • Original VoroMotors order number
  • Full name and email used on the order
  • Clear photos of the frame issue
  • A short description of what happened
  • Current shipping address
  • Any relevant riding or incident details

Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility.

If your claim is approved

If approved, our team will create a replacement frame order for you.

For qualifying customers:

  • The frame cost will be discounted to $0
  • You will only be invoiced for shipping
  • Shipping is generally around $90–$130 nationwide
  • Once paid, the replacement frame will be processed for shipment

Important notes

This policy applies only to RoadRunner Pro frames.

It does not automatically apply to other models, accessories, batteries, motors, controllers, or consumable parts.

VoroMotors reserves the right to review unusual, repeated, incomplete, or suspicious claims before approving replacement support.
