RoadRunner Pro – Frame Replacement Policy (Warranty & Out of Warranty)Updated a month ago

Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty: RoadRunner Pro frames are covered under the 1-year warranty period if purchased directly from VoroMotors.

  • Eligibility: Claim must be filed by the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable).

  • Customer Cost: Only shipping fee applies (no cost for the frame itself)

Out-of-Warranty Cases


  • Policy: If the frame crack/failure occurs outside the 1-year warranty period, we will still support replacement as a one-time exception.

  • Customer Cost:

    • Frame: Free of charge.

    • Shipping: Customer covers a flat shipping fee (~$90).

  • Customer Cost: Only shipping fee applies (no cost for the frame itself).

  • Process:

    1. Confirm original order number and date.

    2. Create replacement frame order in Shopify.

    3. Apply “One-time Exception” discount (100% off product).

    4. Invoice customer only for shipping (~$90).

  • This exception applies only to RoadRunner Pro frames

  • Always escalate unusual cases or repeated claims to management before proceeding.

  • Communicate with empathy, emphasize that we prioritize rider safety and stand behind our community.
