Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty: RoadRunner Pro frames are covered under the 1-year warranty period if purchased directly from VoroMotors.
Eligibility: Claim must be filed by the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable).
Customer Cost: Only shipping fee applies (no cost for the frame itself)
Out-of-Warranty Cases
Policy: If the frame crack/failure occurs outside the 1-year warranty period, we will still support replacement as a one-time exception.
Customer Cost:
Frame: Free of charge.
Shipping: Customer covers a flat shipping fee (~$90).
Customer Cost: Only shipping fee applies (no cost for the frame itself).
Process:
Confirm original order number and date.
Create replacement frame order in Shopify.
Apply “One-time Exception” discount (100% off product).
Invoice customer only for shipping (~$90).
Notes
This exception applies only to RoadRunner Pro frames
Always escalate unusual cases or repeated claims to management before proceeding.
