Roadrunner Front Fork Information and Loosening/TighteningUpdated a month ago

We changed some things about the front of the roadrunner as of April 2022, so here's what happened.
  • Fork width has increased to 130mm

  • Brake caliper brackets will in turn need spacers to move further inwards to allow the brake calipers to do their job.

  • Need axle spacers/washers to ensure motor stays at the center of the forks.

If the Forks are too Stiff or Loose

  • Remove the following screw with a hex key.

  • After which, that red cap can be removed.

  • This exposes the black top which has grooves for the red top to sit in position.

  • Align the red cap into a different position than it previously was.

  • Twist the red cap to loosen or tighten the front fork suspension.

    • Clockwise stiffens the fork

    • Counter-clockwise loosens the fork

  • Replace the screw and test the ride to ensure the suspension is satisfactory.

  • If not, just repeat the process until it is
