Issue:

Some Kaabo GTR owners report a situation where the charger shows a green light, but the scooter does not take a charge. This is commonly referred to as the battery “sleeping issue.”

Why It Happens:

The GTR’s lithium-ion battery has a built-in protection. If the battery is drained too low or left unused for a while, the BMS may enter a protective “sleep” mode. When this happens, the charger may show green (as if the battery is full), but the scooter itself will not actually be charging.
