Installing the InMotion App on Android 10 Devices

Issue:Users with Android 10 devices are unable to install the InMotion app for their scooters due to compatibility issues with the latest version of the app (latest versions can be downloaded at Google play store or App Store).Solution:To resolve this issue, users with Android 10 can download and install the compatible version of the InMotion app directly from the link below:

Steps to Install the Compatible InMotion App:

1. Download the APK File

   1. Open the following link in your mobile browser:Download InMotion App for Android 10

2. Allow Installation from Unknown Sources

   1. Before installing the APK, ensure that your device allows installations from unknown sources.To do this, go to:Settings > Security (or Settings > Apps & notifications > Special app access)

      • Enable Install unknown apps for the browser or file manager you're using.

3. Install the APK

   1. Once the APK file has been downloaded, tap on the file to begin the installation process.

   2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

4. Open the InMotion App

   1. After installation, you should be able to open the InMotion app and connect to your scooter as usual.
