Error 117 and 217 codes on the Inmotion RSUpdated 11 days ago

Problem: The rider received error code 117 on the display and both motors stopped working.
Solution:To troubleshoot error 217 for Inmotion RS, please try switching the front and rear controllers to see if the error changes:

• If the same error code 217 persists after switching the controllers, please replace the rear motor converter cable.

• If the error changes to 117, the controller will need to be replaced.
