1. Who Can Pick Up

• The person collecting must be the same person who placed the order.

• This ensures we can verify real identity and prevent fraud.

2. Bring Valid ID

• Accepted forms of identification: Passport or Driver’s License only.

• Other IDs will not be accepted. Our staff cannot verify every type of document—please bring standard, commonly accepted proof.

3. Bill of Lading

• You will receive a Bill of Lading via email once your order is ready.

• A digital copy is acceptable—you do not need to print it.

4. Do Not Arrive Without Notice

• Only come to the location if instructed by our customer service team.

• Arriving without prior confirmation may delay or prevent your pickup.

5. Product Condition

• All scooters and bikes are provided in the box, unassembled (unless stated otherwise).

6. Waiver

• You may be required to sign a waiver at the time of pickup.
