1. Voltage Concerns:

Full charge: 54V–58V is normal.
Voltage depends on weight, speed, road conditions—slight fluctuations are normal.

Step 1: Open the Scooter

Remove the top cover: 5 M6x20mm screws + 10 M5x10mm screws.
Remove the front deck cover: 4 M5x15mm screws + 2 M4x15mm screws on the side.
Pull out the wires carefully from the front opening.

Step 2: Disconnect Old Battery Wires

Locate the thick red and black wires from the controller and unplug them.
Locate the thinner red and black wires going to the charging port and unplug them.
Once all 4 wires are disconnected, you can remove the battery.

Step 3: Install New Battery

Remove the old battery (it may be taped down—pull carefully).
Place the new battery with the label facing up and wires on the left side.
Pass the wires through the gap:
- Thick wires → controller (sparks are normal).
- Thin wires → charging port.
Arrange wires neatly so the controller fits easily.
Close the top cover (replace all 15 screws).
Test the scooter (lights, motor, etc.) before fully closing the front.
Once confirmed, close the front completely.

Note: The wires in the video may show black/red, newer models use red/blue—treat blue as black.

Battery voltage drops quickly	Check for water damage. If yes → replacement. If no → get video for technician review.	Warranty replacement possible if confirmed.
Voltmeter stays on	Replace the voltmeter. Free replacement if scooter is <30 days old.	Ensure customer is comfortable replacing it themselves.
LCD shows 100% constantly	Check P1/P2 settings (P1=43, P2=17 or 15 for 600W). If issue persists → LCD replacement.	Determine if covered under warranty.
Scooter shuts down early / feels hot	Likely LCD or controller first. Check battery only after eliminating those.	Multimeter readings helpful.
Battery not charging after replacing charging port	Check charger & battery voltage first. Try replacing charger before battery.	If issue persists → battery inspection by technicians.

Make sure the multimeter is set to voltmeter mode.
If you are checking the voltage of the battery, attach the two terminals of the multimeter to the positive and negative terminals of the battery, the multimeter should read a voltage.
- Note if the value comes out negative, just switch the terminals or forget about the negative sign.
